When summer arrives, Fichimori is the perfect wine. Pomegranate, cherry and rose petals blends in its particular fragrance ideal to be served the way red wine is usually served in Puglia when it's hot: cool. Thanks to minimal oak and tannins Fichimori breaks the traditional patterns of red wine consumption: this vibrant wine is best enjoyed well-chilled. Drink Fichimori to help beat the summer heat.


Produced from Negromaro (and a drop of Syrah) grapes.
All grown on our Masseria Maime estate.
The color is a deep red with purple highlights.
The aromas are those of red fruit: strawberries, cherries,raspberries,
while the flavors are vibrant, pleasurable, and supple.


What’s Cool?
It’s the only red wine meant to be drunk cold thanks to its special production techniques which allow the extraction of aromas and color while leaving the tannins in the tank.
Alcohol content: 12.5° and almost imperceptible.
How Cold Should It Be Drunk?
Really cold: no higher than 46°-50° Fahrenheit Drink it as an aperitif together with finger food, at lunch or dinner with sushi, fish, pizza or with pasta or rice with fish or vegetables. And then after dinner as a refreshing drink or as the basic ingredient in a summer cocktail.
