Vinification: like every Cru, its definition is born in the vineyard and continues in the cellar. Long macerations on the skins, malolactic fermentation partly in wood, partly in steel
Refinement: 24 months of maturation in Tonneau and subsequent refinement in the bottle
Sensory notes: a wine that lives in perspective. Very articulated bouquet: dried flowers, earth, licorice, nuances of spices. Juicy and tonic palate, dynamic and balsamic, with a remarkable tannic texture. Sinuous and continuous gustatory development
with an earthy finish. Expression of power rather than finesse
Optimal serving temperature: 16 - 18°
