Cesanese grape variety 100% – this is an ancient species of grape from Lazio, grown on lava land of Cori’s hills. Low yield per hectare, selection of grapes, meticulous vinification and a slight fining down in oak barrels contribute to the unique and exclusive nature of this wine. This wine is characterized by its strong personality, its intense ruby red colour with balsamic hints.
