winemaking
fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 25 days, refinement of 10 months in 30 Hl barrels and then 6 months in bottle.

very versatile in combinations thanks to the particularly soft tannins, it goes well with kitchens of the most diverse culinary cultures.

Curiosity
ever since the project of this new wine was born, in the company has always been referred to as "the bio" and so we decided to call it: the name can be read by placing the emphasis on the first or second "i".
