THE GRAPES AND THE VI GNETO

From the same Montiano vineyards come the grapes for the production of Sodale, the second wine of Tenuta.

The utmost attention in the harvesting phase and the subsequent selection of the grapes guarantee the best quality wine.

THE VINIFICATION

The grapes are harvested by hand and brought to the cellar, where they are selected and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Temperature management and that of pumping over and delestage allow for a balanced wine with express fruit and soft tannins.

At the end of the fermentation the wine is placed in ba rriques, where it carries out the malolactic fermentation and ages for 9 months.

THE WINE

Its color is intense red, with violet reflections; to the nose emerge notes of red fruit and sweet spices that blend in a perfect balance with the vanilla notes of the wood.

The taste is round, harmonious, pleasant with a finish of good persistence and sweet tannin.
