PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE:
The fermentation of perfectly ripe grapes takes place in steel tanks. Duration of maceration: 5-6 days. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked and bottled at the end of the winter following the harvest.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Ruby color not too full with evident violet reflections. Intense, fruity and typical Montepulciano bouquet, enhanced by the freshness of Syrah. Soft and elegant flavor with hints of wild fruit.
