PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE:
The fermentation of perfectly ripe grapes takes place in steel tanks. Duration of maceration: 8-9 days. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in wooden barrels of 20-40 Hl for a period of about 15 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Intense ruby color with purple reflections that turn to garnet with aging. Bouquet: intense and fruity, typical of Montepulciano. Taste: soft and elegant with hints of berries.
