PRODUCTION
The grapes were harvested and vinified in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks. Maceration, carried out at temperatures no higher than 26 ° C, lasted for 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation ended by the beginning of winter. A period of further refinement followed, first in steel for about 8 months and then in bottle for another 4 months.
TASTING NOTES
Ruby red color. Scent Cherry, jam, with slight notes of violet and anise. Taste Soft and fine entry, elegant tannins well supported by a pleasant freshness.
