"This wine has an intense garnet red colour with purple reflections. With a beautiful aromatic power, the nose opens on notes of ripe fruit that evoke wild blackberry and redcurrant. Beautiful smoky, peppery notes appear and confer a beautiful complexity. On the palate, the mouth presents a solid structure with coated tannins. The mid-palate is fruity, keeping a great freshness and a nice balance. Subtle woody notes with vanilla bean and toasted brioche aromas contribute to a long finish." Franck ISSLER

Château Jalousie Beaulieu is a fine wine, produced with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet
Sauvignon.
The terroir on which our grapes ripen is clay and gravel on most of the hillside plots around
the communes of Galgon, Villegouge and Périssac.
We produce 200,000 bottles of Château Jalousie Beaulieu, with a yield per hectare of 45
hectolitres. The average age of the vines is 35 years.

Vinification in stainless steel vats with maceration between 28° and 32°.

Bottled at the chateau by us with our own bottling line.
