Rosso di Torgiano DOC
Red with a balanced body, it has a beautiful ruby ​​color and typically spicy aromas with strong references to pepper and sweet tobacco and a background of red and violet jam. Pleasantly drinkable, it has good concentration, ripe and harmonious tannins with a long fruity aftertaste.

Grapes
Sangiovese and Colorino trained with spurred cordon and harvested between September and October

Vinification
Fermented in steel with maceration on the skins for 15 days; aged 1 year in barrel and 1 year in bottle after light filtration.
