The wines of the Domaine Bousquet with the indication "Reserve" come from vineyards with lower yields and generally offer more body, more tannins in the reds and even more pronounced flavors.

Grapes: 85% Malbec, 5% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah.

Vineyard location: Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary.

Soil: gravel and sand soil.

Vinification: maceration at 10 ° C for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature and 10 days of additional maceration. Aging in French oak barrels for 6/8 months.
