Approximately 30,000 bottles

Vinification
Strict manual selection of the grapes in the vineyard. The fermentation and maceration in stainless steel for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 28-29° C take place separately for the three vineyards, as well as the malolactic fermentation.
Refinement
Separate aging of the Barolos from the different vineyards in Austrian and Slavonian oak barrels, of 40 -60 and 75 Hl, for a duration of 30 months. Assembly in spring, bottling at the end of summer, further refinement in the bottle, before being marketed, for a period of six months.

Organoleptic characteristics
Brilliant garnet red colour, with warmer reflections with the passage of time. Unmistakable bouquet, very pleasant, intense and ethereal, very persistent, sometimes spicy, with hints of truffle, licorice, withered flowers. Dry taste, with important and full tannins.
