PRODUCTION AREA: Mendoza

GRAPE VARIETY: Malbec 100%

VINIFICATION: The bunches are harvested by hand, separated from the stems and the grapes are transferred into a mechanical press. The alcoholic fermentation takes place with a selected yeast for 7 days and frequent pumping over is carried out at a controlled temperature (26-28 °C). Maceration continues for another 10 days.

COLOR: Light purplish red

BOUQUET: Intense aroma of red fruits, especially plum. Delicate hint of vanilla and coffee.

PAIRING: Perfect to accompany classic Argentine cuisine, cheeses and cured meats.

TASTE: On the palate it is young and lively. The hints of fruit and wood are perceived through the round and sweet tannins.

AGING: 25% of the wine ages in French oak barrels for 6 months.
