Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso
The grapes, destemmed and pressed separately, are macerated in steel tanks. During fermentation, punching down, delestage and pumping over alternate for approximately 10-12 days. After racking and pressing, the wines obtained are decanted into large 25 hl oak barrels. After 6 months the varieties are assembled and in the following month the wine is bottled.
