Vinification Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, aging for 10 months, bottling by the company.
Vine management Simple Guyot pruning, with a density of 7,500 hectares with controlled grassing vines. Green harvest 1 month before harvest.
The 5 hectare vineyard: with vines aged 10 to 45 years on average
Tasting Purple colour, young. Characteristic and fresh nose, on the cherry. Soft, tender palate, light in concentration,
which allows the fruit to express itself.
Gastronomy A very pleasant Pinot Noir, ideal for grilled meats or a steak on the grill. More
in general on all non-marinated red meats and all light cheeses.
