A fun wine, with a fruity and elegant bouquet. Born

from selected Schiava grapes, it is a typical wine of Lake Caldaro

and in these places it feels at home, just like the Luccio.

TASTING NOTES

Color: bright ruby ​​red

Nose: elegant and fruity bouquet, with aromas of

red berries.

Taste: spirited drink, mineral aftertaste and full finish.

PAIRINGS

As a classic wine of Alto Adige, this wine is suitable for

almost all occasions, perfect paired with speck, sausages

and cheeses, summer appetizers and fish-based dishes. Served

slightly chilled, it is an ideal wine for hot days in

company.

VINIFICATION

After a short maceration at a controlled temperature,

cold fermentation in steel tanks, and final fermentation

at 18 °C. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in

steel tanks.
