One of the most historic wineries in Gattinara, founded in 1906, Nervi has been passed down through the generations until 2018, when it was purchased by Roberto Conterno, owner of the famous Giacomo Conterno winery. Nothing has changed and the aim of enhancing Nebbiolo is always the mission, highlighting all its nuances, as demonstrated by this original Rosato, IL Rosato. Fine and fragrant, it is a unique and compelling interpretation that will surprise the most attentive taster.

Pale and crystalline pink color, the nose tells of pink grapefruit and currant, with subtle floral hints of clove and rose. Fresh, vibrant, very clean tasting, it leaves itself loved for the pleasant balance that knows how to blend all the parts, giving a pleasant persistence both savory and floral.

Perfect with a platter of cold cuts and not particularly mature cheeses, it is delicious with shellfish or fried fish.

Giacomo Conterno The Rosato 2024 Nervi is born from the expert hands of Roberto Conterno and is obtained from Nebbiolo and Uva Rara grapes up to 20%. The Uva Rara and the low fermentation temperatures enhance the aromas of flowers and fruits, while the Nebbiolo gives structure and a savory finish. It is made by keeping the must in contact with the skins for about 8 hours to extract only a part of the color of the black grapes. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
