Rum Explorer is an international project dedicated to the selection of exclusive barrels, created by Château du Breuil, a company renowned for the production of top-quality Calvados. The selected barrels come from all over the world. Trinidad is produced by Angostura, the only distillery on the island of the same name, which began producing its first bitters in 1824 in Venezuela and then moved in 1875, where it still produces a wider range of products including excellent Rums. Australia is produced by Beenleigh Artisan Distillers, the oldest registered distillery in Australia that produces Rum. Belize is produced by Travellers, a distillery in the country of the same name, famous for being a point of reference for travellers on the road to the capital (Belize city); the company was founded by Master Blender Omario Perdomo in the early 1950s and produces top-quality molasses Rums, especially aged ones. Thailand comes from one of the most modern distilleries in the country, in the Pathum Thani province, while Dominican Republic is born in Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, founded in 2010. Marie-Galante is produced by Bielle, a distillery based on the island founded in the mid-1700s, which over time has distinguished itself for its artisanal spirit.
