Rum Doorly is distilled at the Foursquare distillery in Barbados.

Produced by the ancient traditions of master blenders, which combine the purest and oldest rums of Barbados for a second maturation.

The second maturation is carried out in solid Spanish oak barrels already used for sherry, which age Doorly's XO to perfection.

To the eye it appears of a beautiful intense amber color, very bright.

Its bouquet is characteristic and intriguing bouquet of fruit, spices, orange and dried and toasted fruit.

On the palate the sip is firm, velvety and clean.

It spreads on notes of sugar cane and hazelnut, with a harmonious and elegant finish.

Foursqure is one of the best distilleries in the Caribbean.

They produce rums with particular stills that reduce the temperature required for boiling, thus avoiding "ruining" the rum during distillation.

Martin Doorly was a Bridgetown merchant who became a bottler at the beginning of the 20th century thanks to the Rum Duty Act.

His Doorly's Macaw Rum became the first rum of Barbados to be exported.

Today Doorly's is the best-selling rum in Barbados and is distilled right by the Foursquare Distillery.
