The Demon's Share is a rum of sugar cane molasses, distilled in the pure tradition of the Spanish style (continuous distillation), in American oak barrels re-charred for 6 long years.

The use of an endemic yeast to modify its juice transforms it into a particularly aromatic nectar

El Diablo uses up to 10% of the liquid contained in its barrels that were until now reserved for "the part of angels". The indigenous population now evokes "El Diablo's share".

Color: Intense amber with golden highlights.
Nose: Subtle intensity with notes dominated by vanilla. Citrus, a hibiscus tip, green apple, wood
Palate: Notes of wood that significantly reduce the vanilla that emanates from the nose. Round with sweet spices, citrus notes, good wood and light leather.
Finale: Very persistent and chocolatey with an original personality.
