AGING The Ron Dos Maderas 5 3 ages for five years in the Caribbean (Guyana and Barbados), in Bourbon barrels and is subsequently transferred to the Williams Humbert in Jerez (Spain), where its last period of aging takes place for another 3 years in barrels by Sherry Dos Cortados (Paolo Cortado).
