DISTILLATION Distillation is carried out in stills at 65 °C to obtain excellent spirits.

PAIRINGS Ideal to drink in goblets suitable for great aged distillates.

TASTE In the mouth it is warm and full, with flavors that recall raisins and dried figs. It is velvety, with a long and pleasant finish.

AGEING Ron Dos Maderas PX 5+5 ages for five years in the Caribbean (Guyana and Barbados) in Bourbon barrels and is subsequently transferred to Williams Humbert in Jerez Spain where its second aging period takes place for another 3 years in Sherry Dos barrels Cortados Paolo Cortado and 2 years in barrels of PX 2 anõs Don Guido.
