PRODUCTION AREA Roseau Valley - St. Lucia

RAW MATERIAL Molasses and sugar cane.

DISTILLATION Legacy is a blend of rums from John Dore, Vendome and Coffey stills. Traditional molasses-based rums are refreshed and balanced by the addition of proprietary sugar cane rums. This rum is fermented with the use of wild yeasts and is distilled in the John Dore still. The result is the embodiment of Laurie Barnard's vision for the St. Lucia distillery.

COLOR Light mahogany amber, with intense yellow hues.

BOUQUET Sweet aromas of raisins and toffee blend harmoniously, with notes of tobacco, vanilla and banana then leaving room for a delicate herbaceous nuance, reminiscent of sugar cane.

FLAVOR Intense and complex of crème brûlée, sultanas, vanilla with a warm note of ginger. Long and persistent finish.
