Rum distilled with 30% still and 70% column distillation in 2014 and bottled in September 2022. It has undergone multiple maturation steps: it is aged in virgin French oak barrels, in ex-Red Wine barrels and in ex-Red Wine barrels. Cognac; subsequently, it undergoes a finish of one year and three months in ex-Oloroso barrels and one of one year and six months in ex-Single Malt barrels.

TASTING NOTES

The nose is fruity.

On the palate you can feel the notes of cooked fruit, cereals, soft spices and fine wood.

The finish is long and pleasant with notes of burnt caramel and spices.
