WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
After two interesting releases – the 2006 15 Y.O. and the 2015 5 Y.O. Desert Maturation – Beenleigh offers the Single Vintage 2013, produced from molasses entirely produced and processed in Queensland, which were fermented for 3/4 days. Distilled for the first time in Single Column and subsequently in Pot Still in August and September 2013, this rum was aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels at the Eagleby distillery, Queensland, therefore in a tropical climate, with an angel's share of >25%.
