Our Caravels that performed so honorably last year are ready for a new voyage to return to you loaded with new sensations. Along the Cape and Indies route making those who sail there masters of the oceans. But even if beautiful metaphors aside: our three blends this year have the potential to double the success achieved by their fortunate predecessors.

We dedicate our Yehmon to all those souls who have challenged the oceans on their pitching caravels with the strength they still had, after a fight against that alienated and unscrupulous world that tried to deprive them of their nature and their courage.

Classic is a blend of Trinidad 2009 and Mauritius 2014 and 2015, proud and fearless. A rum with a sophisticated and elegant nose, full of hints of balsamic plants, spices and oriental dishes, dried fruit, hazelnut, tobacco, licorice. Extremely persistent, it leaves no room for interpretation. In the mouth it is immediately penetrating and austere. We discover almonds, yeast, a hint of biscuits and powdered milk. Impossible to ignore it.
