FLAVOR On the palate it offers a fresh hint of exotic fruit and citrus, in particular caramelized orange. Finish short at the beginning but with a continuous evolution.
NOTES Rum Explorer is an international project dedicated to the selection of exclusive barrels, created by Château du Breuil, a company widely renowned for the production of top-quality Calvados. Trinidad is produced by Angostura, the only distillery on the island, which began with the production of its first bitters in 1824 in Venezuela and then moved in 1875, where it still produces a wider range of products including excellent Rums.
AGEING Blend of rums between 3 and 5 years in ex-Bourbon barrels to balance the structure. Subsequently in ex-Madeira barrels to harmonize the flavors and provide density and aromatic character, to then be taken to Château du Breuil and refined in ex-Calvados barrels.
