NOTES Rum Explorer is an international project dedicated to the selection of exclusive barrels, created by Château du Breuil, a company widely renowned for the production of top-quality Calvados. Belize is produced by Travallers, a distillery in the country of the same name, famous for being a point of reference for travellers on the road to the capital (Belize city). The company was founded by Master Blender Omario Perdomo in the early 1950s. Produces high quality molasses rums, especially aged.
AGING Blend of rums between 2 and 3 years in ex-Bourbon barrels to balance the structure. Then the finish at Château du Breuil in ex-Calvados barrels, to enhance aromas and soften woody flavors bringing depth.
