FRAGRANCE On the nose it offers hints of orange, coffee and vanilla. Notes of black cherry and caramel emerge.

FLAVOUR On the palate it is decisive with notes of coffee and cocoa, followed by spices and berries. Long and enveloping finish.

NOTES Rum Explorer is an international project dedicated to the selection of exclusive barrels, created by Château du Breuil, a company well known for the production of top quality Calvados. Dominican Republic is produced by Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, a distillery opened in 2010 located in St. Pedro de Macoris. A very active distillery from a social and environmental point of view, 97% certified for eco-sustainability, with recycling of internal resources. One of the most modern distilleries in the Caribbean / Latin America.

AGEING Blend of Rum from 3 to 8 years in ex-Bourbon and ex-Port barrels, finished at Château du Breuil in ex-Calvados barrels, to give aroma and refinement.
