FRAGRANCE On the nose it stands out for a light and soft hint of wood. It then continues on vegetal notes and hints of candied orange.

FLAVOR On the palate it opens with notes of dried banana, pepper and cinnamon. In the finish, toasted pineapple, ripe fruit and coconut emerge.

NOTES Rum Explorer is an international project dedicated to the selection of exclusive barrels, created by Château du Breuil, a company widely renowned for the production of top-quality Calvados. Trinidad is produced by Angostura, the only distillery on the island, which began producing its first bitters in 1824 in Venezuela and then moved in 1875, where it still produces a wider range of products including excellent Rums.

AGEING 5 years in American wooden barrels and in barrels that previously contained Cognac Eau de Vie.
