Japanese Rum
Kochi, on the island of Shikoku, located in the southernmost archipelago of Japan, is one of the oldest places for the production of Rum. Yes, because even the Land of the Rising Sun knows how to give an interpretation of this great distillate from sugar cane: in fact, the climate here is particularly favorable for the cultivation of the plant, providing an unimaginable guarantee of quality. A unique, round and delicate nectar, fermented with the yeasts used for the fermentation of Sake and which ages for at least 7 years in Japanese oak barrels.

Bright straw yellow color, on the nose it offers a sweet and well-balanced profile that speaks of mango, passion fruit and honeysuckle. Light, graceful and round tasting, it is warm but not invasive and very delicious in the shades of milk chocolate and dried apricot, with a final spicy hint of ginger that embellishes everything.
