Panettone di San Patrignano is prepared according to the recipe of our masters using only high quality raw materials.
It all starts with the mother yeast which is cared for and worked by the kids of the community, a fundamental ingredient for obtaining a light and fragrant product.
Its structure is the result of three consecutive days of preparation and nourishment of the sourdough with a 24-hour double leavening.
A blend of selected dark chocolates that perfectly combine natural flavouring.

Ingredients: type “0” soft wheat flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, 10.9% milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavouring vanilla), dark chocolate 10.9% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), mother yeast (type “0” soft wheat flour, water), honey 1%, fructose, salt, malt extract (barley malt, water, soft wheat malt flour), natural flavouring, vanilla powder. May contain: sesame, walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds.
