PRODUCTION AREA Tenuta Masone Mannu, Località Su Canale, Monti (SS)

SOIL Granitic sands, rich in iron and with a good clay component

GRAPES Vermentino 100%, 35-year-old Guyot-trained vineyard, density of 3000 vines per hectare

HARVEST Manually in boxes in mid-September. Average yield: 50 quintals per hectare

VINIFICATION soft pressing, fermentation with temperature control

REFINING at least 5 months of aging on fine lees with frequent batonnages and one month in the bottle before being placed on the market

COLOR Straw yellow with greenish reflections

BOUQUET Elegant and intense fruity aromas enriched with balsamic notes

TASTE Fresh and enveloping with fruity and citrus notes. Savory and mineral, it closes with the typical bitter almond aftertaste.

GASTRONOMY Excellent in combination with fish-based first courses. Serve at 10-12° C.
