These barrels had been previously used to mature a “Sherry” of one of the most prestigious wineries. This particulary kind of passage, already tried for whiskey, and experimented by Sibona Distillery on grappa, has proven to be exceptional as regards grappa’s quality results. Its particula and intense bouquet and unique flavour, involving and elegant with a mellow aftertaste, recall those of Sherry.
