One of the first fruits successfully distilled by the master Vittorio Capovilla, his goal to produce or go in search of the best raw materials and the Pere Williams distillate is the confirmation of how this work is highly appreciated by fans, sinking its roots in a culture of high craftsmanship.

It obtains the distillate through a double-pass process in small alembic stills of the fermented. Resting at the full level for one or two years in stainless steel tanks and diluting with spring water, without adding sugar, flavorings or anything else, give life to a product that has kept its fruity aroma and softness at its best which will accompany the entire tasting experience.

Soft, intense and powerful, made from high quality South Tyrolean pears, distilled slowly in a bain-marie.

Enveloping aromas of fresh pears on the palate is soft, warm, dry and clean.
