Champagne grappa, defined in French as Marc de Champagne, is a French distillate obtained from the distillation of the typical grapes of the renowned French area.

A distillate very similar to Italian grappa, Marc is produced by almost all French regions and, in this case, the pomace comes from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

The distillation is carried out with the classic stork beak, copper and discontinuous cycle alembic and this nectar of the famous Moët & Chandon company is a champion of elegance and softness, aged in oak barrels for a long period; the umpteenth demonstration of the mastery of a legendary maison in the world wine scene.

Amber color, bright and lively, with golden reflections in the glass. The nose is aromatic and complex, set on toasted notes and hints of boisé, then rich in hints that recall withered and dried yellow flowers, and still hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds. The taste continues on the same aromaticity of the nose, giving the palate a soft and light sip, characterized by sweet spices and long persistence.
