GRAPE VARIETY: Nebbiolo da Barolo.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 47% by volume.

BOTTLE SIZE: 70 cl.

REFINING: ten years of aging in selected Spanish woods used for the production of Oloroso Sherry, a dry and intense fortified wine, with a low residual sugar and fantastic notes of dried fruit. Two barrels were used, 5.233 and 5.235. These are 480-liter tonneaux that after fifteen years have given life to a limited number of bottles: only 1,635 numbered examples.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: a rare meditation grappa. A "sherry cask" that promises strong emotions. A special version of Grappa di Barolo that aims to raise the bar of quality, increasing the possibilities of tasting and pairing. A grappa that captures at the first sip and manifests its enveloping nature in a warm silky embrace. Perfect as a meditation distillate and after a meal, it pairs well with dried fruit, chocolate and mature cheeses.
