Grappa Reserve N1 Sibona was created to celebrate the old distillation license number 1, synonymous with a great past and prestige. Sibona is one of the historical distilleries of Piedmont, with artisanal production, and can boast the old distillation license No. 1 issued by the U.T. F (the current ADM, Excise, Customs and Monopolies Agency). This so , elegant, and refined Grappa comes from a selected cuvée of Reserve Grappas, aged for different time periods in barrels and tonneaux of various capacities and origins.

Raw material: Piedmontese marc from grapes picked fresh during the harvest and selected by Sibona.
Distilling: Exclusively in-house, in copper stills, employing all the expertise of our oenologists and master distillers.
Ageing: long ageing in stainless steel tanks.
Further ageing: Aged for long and different time periods in barrels and tonneaux of various capacities and origins.
Alcohol content: 40 % vol.
Bottle: Special and precious Decanter bottle with Sibona logo embossed on the glass.
Case: Elegant Box in blue color.
Capacity: 70 cl.

SENSORY PROFILE

Colour: Amber
Bouquet: engaging, lively and elegant, with notes of red fruits, vanilla, honey, and walnut.
Palate: Soft, elegant, refined, and velvety with aromatic sensations. Aftertaste of vanilla and candied fruit. Long and persistent finish.
Pairings: Dried fruit, walnuts, almonds, sweets and chocolate. Also delicious with mature cheeses. The perfect companion for a cigar.
Tasting suggestions: enjoy at a temperature of around 18°C, in a classic tulip glass or balloon glass with or without a stem (like those used to serve cognac)
