Elisir Camomilla Poli

Since 1898, the Poli family, in addition to producing Grappa, has also produced liqueurs, which we call "Elisir".

The virtues of Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla) have been known for centuries and the infusion obtained with this flower, known for its intense but gentle scent and for its strong calming and anti-inflammatory properties, is a pleasant adjuvant to rest and relaxation.

Following a recipe that the Polis have been using since the 1930s, the chamomile flowers rest in alcohol several times, and after about 3 months the essential oils of the flowers give a golden color and a summer meadow aroma to this liqueur.

Poli Elisir Camomilla has a floral aroma that recalls the caress of a cup of chamomile with a little honey, drunk in the evening.

When tasting, you immediately perceive the scent of flowers and spring, and a relaxing sensation, like a bike ride in the countryside.
