A rich and delicious sauce on all first courses, but also to try with polenta or on a risotto.

Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at +4° and consume within 3-4 days.

Ingredients:

Pork sausage 40% (pork, water, salt, natural flavours, spices), tomato pulp, tomato concentrate, onion, Barolo DOCG wine 2%, extra virgin olive oil, corn starch, garlic, beef extract, salt, pepper.
