How to use:

Ideal for seasoning short pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, tortelli,
risottos, for glazing vegetables and filling crêpes and vol-au-vents.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at +4° and consume within 7 days.

Gorgonzola DOP cheese (milk, salt, rennet) 32%, cream, water, corn starch, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, salt, natural flavouring.
