Description:
Our contemporary version of the famous Italian sauce: the guanciale is replaced by the Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).

▪ With 20% eggs, exclusively from free-range hens.
▪ With Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Pecorino Romano DOP, without added cream or milk.
▪ Long-life first Carbonara sauce, creamy like homemade.

Directions for use:

Pour directly on the pasta, without adding cooking water.
Recipe for 4 portions.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at +4° and consume within 7 days.
