“Botanical Brewing” is a process that originates from a unique
Fentimans recipe and involves the use of herbs and plant roots. Today
it is done by adding mild carbonation to replace the
carbon dioxide lost during pasteurization. This gives the product a longer
life and keeps the alcohol level, which is naturally produced during
slow fermentation, no more than 0.5%. In every Fentimans product, you
can notice a sediment at the base of the bottle. This is a result
of the original production process, which ensures that all the
flavor and goodness extracted from the raw materials can end up in the bottle. The sediment
is a key component of Fentimans “natural sodas” as it
gives them a more invigorating flavor, and
characterizes them in a strong way.

glucose syrup, ginger root, concentrated pear juice,
yeast), sugar, glucose syrup, concentrated pear juice,

herbal infusions (speedwell, juniper, yarrow)
