It was Ulisse Nurzia who had the idea of ​​creating a new type of nougat: to the basic ingredients such as honey, almonds and egg white, he added chocolate, a prized product with an excellent flavour and exotic aroma, coming from the plantations of Brazil, capable of enhancing the organoleptic characteristics of the dough.

History repeats itself, every day, artisanally. And since 1835 we have been creating sweetness and delicacies for the most demanding palates.
