Pronounced by priests and healers from the Arab Aramaic age, the term “Abracadabra”, combined with the administration of medicinal concoctions, had the purpose of curing illnesses and chasing away demons.
Mantice red Vermouth is associated with the same esoteric meaning, with the ambition of being an elixir of positivity: a cure-all against negative thoughts.

An extremely fragrant ruby red Vermouth; characterized by the velvety coumarin hints of tropical beans, in contrast with the intense mentholated balsamic lashes.
The inevitable bitter taste of mugwort and bitter herbs is toned down by the mix of aromatics, releasing only at the end the sweet phenolic aldehyde notes of vanilla pods, which marry perfectly with the pungent piperidine hints.

How is Mantice natural Vermouth made?
Production method: slow hydroalcoholic maceration in small steel containers of 14 carefully balanced botanicals.
The extract is combined with wine, but not just any wine or a blend of red and white, as is often done. We use a 100% organic Sangiovese, produced by the I Muretti winery located in the Rimini hinterland, where we find notes of red fruit and a slightly tannic body of flavor and territory, which combined with the botanicals highlights the silkiness of the drink.
