Gin Ouroboros alchemically symbolizes the quintessence in a continuous cycle of distillations, sublimations and condensations, aimed at purifying the raw material, with the aim of extracting the alchemical gold.

Using an allegory, the name of Gin Ouroboros is a reference to the constant alternation of the changes of state, which symbolize the multiple experiments and tastings, necessary for the search for “perfection”.

London dry Gin characterized by strong hints of juniper and delicate floral notes.

To create this small quintessence of Gin, we review a refined olfactory compound, in which the botanicals are the true soul of the distillate, a masterpiece of classicism in typical London-Dry style where the most delicate botanicals are steam-infused in a 150-liter sartorial distiller.

The Gin from Romagna, which brings with it the warmth of the South and the scented wind of the East.

The berries of the native and zero-mile juniper from the Romagna Apennines release aromatic monoterpenes and primary alcohols, with stimulating balsamic scents; to which the Calabrian oranges and orange blossoms combine citrus and fruity notes, typical of Southern Italy.

The essence of Gin Ouroboros finally sublimates in the pleasant pyrazine scents, released by the barks of the East, condensing in a highly floral and peppery finish, which never tires!

The only artisanal Gin capable of offering a new journey into the unknown with every sip.

How is Mantice natural Gin made?

Production method: 14 botanicals, 11 of which are slowly macerated for over 24 hours, while the remaining ones – with the most fragile molecules – are inserted directly into the basket and extracted in a current of steam (in London dry style).
