PREPARATION.
MOKA: Heat aside a little of this preparation with a lemon zest. Pour it into the cup and add the hot coffee.
ESPRESSO: Pour some of this mixture into a glass with a lemon zest and a teaspoon of sugar. Heat very well with the vaporizer and then let the coffee run down.
