55% vol. This is a French absinthe distilled in provence. Anise and mint first and foremost then alcohol takes over. A sweetish liqueur smells of star anise. The eye appears obviously greenish, bright. On the palate it is not overly complex, the star anise strikes first, with the mint and licorice to follow.
