FRAGRANCE On the nose it is characterised by an elegant and refined bouquet, which expresses notes of cereals, sun-dried wheat, white-fleshed fruit, in particular green apple, complemented by light nuances of white flowers.

FLAVOUR The entry on the palate is velvety and harmonious, with a creamy and soft sip, which anticipates a long and persistent finish, crossed by a vein of pleasant freshness.

Scapegrace is the realisation of the dream of two young people who met after one married the other's sister: their passion for Gin led them to go around bars and lounges, discussing what their distillate would be. Scapegrace Gin is handcrafted in small batches: it is obtained from pure grain and infusion of botanicals from all over the world. An interesting feature is the water that is used during the production process. In fact, it is meteoric and retained for 80 years in the enormous mountain range of the Southern Alps that runs along the western coast of the South Island as well as filtered naturally through underground rocks. All this gives life to a series of fresh gins, characterized by the perfect union of the classic notes of juniper and citrus, with floral and spicy hints.
