RAW MATERIAL Williams pears of French origin
DISTILLATION Upon arrival, Williams pears are placed in glass vats. The fruits quickly form a pasty mass from which a sweet and fragrant juice is derived. The fermentation of the fruits begins after one or two days and lasts five to six weeks. Its progress must be carefully monitored. Subsequently, distillation begins in copper stills with the discontinuous method.

FRAGRANCE It gives the nose all the intense and captivating varietal notes of the Williams pear.
PAIRINGS To be enjoyed as a digestive, in cocktails... but also on your fruit salads, sorbets.
FLAVOUR On the palate it is harmonious, with a good balance between the freshness of the fruit and its roundness... The fruit is easily recognizable and this is no coincidence since one bottle contains the equivalent of fourteen kilograms of Williams Pears.
